Arrival & Departure
To make your holiday start as soon as you arrive at reception, you are welcome to use our Online Check-in.
Check-in is possible between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm. If you plan to arrive earlier or later, please inform us by phone at +43 66488515622 approximately 1 hour before your arrival.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your apartment by 9:00 am at the latest.
A later check-out is only possible subject to availability and prior arrangement.
Payment / Deposit
Your booking is only valid and confirmed once the deposit has been received on time.
The remaining balance is to be paid by bank transfer a few days before arrival.
We accept cash payments, debit cards (EC cards), MasterCard, Visa, and bank transfers in advance.

Bathroom Amenities
All our bathrooms are equipped with towels, bath towels, toilet paper, and a hairdryer.

Our apartments are fully equipped with bed linen.

Electric Vehicle Charging Station
A public charging station for electric vehicles is available 50 metres from our house.
Final Cleaning
A one-time final cleaning fee will be charged.
The final cleaning fee is not included in the apartment price.
Guest Cards
Silvretta Card Premium
During summer (late May to mid-October), you will receive the Silvretta Card Premium free of charge. It offers numerous services and benefits throughout the Paznaun region.
Winter Guest Card
With the Kappl Guest Card, you can use bus line 260 free of charge between Landeck railway station and Galtür Wirl.
Basic Equipment
Our apartments are equipped with: bed linen, wardrobe, hand and bath towels, hairdryer, flat-screen TV, oven, 4-burner stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine (capsules and filter), kettle, sufficient crockery and cutlery, frying pans, pots, dishwashing liquid, dishcloth, kitchen roll, toilet paper and much more.
Hand & Bath Towels
Hand and bath towels are provided in your suite upon arrival and are changed once a week. Additional towel changes are available at any time upon request.
Slippers
Please remove your outdoor shoes and ski boots on the ground floor at the shoe rack and enter the apartment wearing slippers only.
Pets
We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed at Huber Apartments.
Coffee
Filter coffee machine: Please bring your own ground coffee. Coffee filters are provided in the suite.
Nespresso machine: Coffee capsules can either be brought with you or purchased at the SPAR supermarket opposite our house.
Children's Equipment
A baby cot, children's bed linen and a high chair are available free of charge upon request.
Pillows
We are happy to provide you with a different pillow. We offer feather pillows and hypoallergenic pillows (fiber ball filling).
Damage
Please report any damage immediately at reception. It will, of course, be repaired as quickly as possible.
Waste Disposal
Please separate your waste as follows:

We will take care of the disposal.
Tourist Tax
The tourist tax is €5 per person per day (from 15 years of age).
Parking
Free outdoor parking spaces are available directly in front of our house.
PIA – Your Digital Holiday Companion
During your holiday in Paznaun, you will receive the PIA digital holiday companion app, including your integrated digital guest card. The app provides useful information, tips and features tailored to the duration of your stay and is available free of charge on your smartphone 24/7.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Please use the ashtray in front of the house or on the terrace on the first floor.

Reception
Our reception is not staffed at fixed times. However, we are always happy to assist you. During the day, we are usually in the house.

Quiet Hours
Out of consideration for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Ski Depot
It couldn't be more convenient! Store your ski equipment at the Silvretta Sports ski depot in Ischgl.
SKI Rental
Ski Passes
You are welcome to purchase your ski passes online in advance.
Ski Room
A separate ski room with a heated ski boot dryer is available for your use.
Cancellation Policy
We only accept cancellations in writing. The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions AGBH apply.
• up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge
• 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40%
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70%
• last week before arrival: 90%
• no-show: 100%
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Water
Our spring water is of excellent drinking quality. You can safely drink it straight from the tap.
Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout our house.
You will find the access code in your booked apartment.
Room Key
Also opens the main entrance door (which is locked from 5:00 pm onwards).
On Saturdays and Sundays, the main entrance door remains locked all day.
In the event of a lost key, we will retain the €50 deposit.
